The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 5 Packs (100 sticks) of Marlboro brand cigarettes, unstamped; 14 packs (280 sticks) of various brand cigarettes, unstamped, out of state stamp, flavor ban cigarettes; 584 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 1,283 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 294 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on October 14, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. from Supreme Smokeshop Inc, DBA: Supreme Smokeshop, located at 619 Old San Francisco Rd., Sunnyvale, CA. 94086-7753.
