The property consists of 72 grams of cannabis flower, 73 units of cannabis vape products, and 72 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business and 553 commercial packaging, bags, tray with cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 17, 2025, at 8:46 a.m. from M & R Commerce Inc, DBA Sweet Smoke, located at 8530 Paramount Blvd., Downey, CA 90240-2169.
