The property consists of: 48 packs of unstamped & U.S. Tax Exempt cigarettes, 227 units of untaxed OTP & 34 units of untaxed, flavor ban vaping devices, 28 units of other cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on January 28, 2026, at 11:26 a.m. from Hookah Shoppe RSD, Inc., DBA: The Hookah Shoppe located at 3773 Willow Glen Dr. Ste. 200, El Cajon, CA 92019.
