The property consists of: 2,854 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 4,540 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,261 packs of flavor ban, unstamped, tribal stamped cigarettes (25,220 sticks); 4,135 packs of flavor ban, and unstamped cigarettes (82,700 sticks); 577 packs of flavor ban, unstamped, and non-MSA cigarettes (11,540 sticks); 2,121 packs of flavor ban, unstamped, duty-free stamped cigarettes (42,420 sticks); 2,304 packs of flavor ban, unstamped, duty-free stamped, non-MSA cigarettes (46,080 sticks); 5,899 packs and 15 sticks of flavor ban, unstamped, out-of-state stamped cigarettes (117,995 sticks); 1,009 packs of flavor ban, unstamped, out-of-state stamped, non-MSA cigarettes (20,180 sticks); 10 packs of flavor ban cigarettes (200 sticks); and 2,694 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436 on March 4, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. from Esam M. Almurisi, DBA: The Mart, located at 4242 Fruitridge Rd., Sacramento, CA 95820-5047.
