The property consists of 41 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 14 units of untaxed flavor ban vape products, 5 packs untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 26 packs of non-master settlement agreement untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 14 packs of untaxed cigarettes; and 26 packs of non-master settlement agreement untaxed cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on May 5, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. from Tic Tac Market, Inc., DBA: Tic Tac Market at 500 N. East St., Anaheim, CA 92805-2129.
