The property consists of 22 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 29 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on November 12, 2025, at 4:15 p.m. at 2:00 p.m., from Bal Mukand, DBA: Tienda Delicious located at 44 Main St., Winters, CA 95694-1723.
