This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 14, 2025, at 2:38 p.m. from Diamond Gift & Smoke Shop, DBA: Titanic Smoke Shop, located at 106 B St., San Jose, CA 94401-3909.
