The property consists of 6 packs of various brands unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 9 packs of Non-Master Settlement Agreement, unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 209 units of various brands taxed and flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,176 units of untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape; and 44 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers at a licensed tobacco business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on August 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Mylekha Inc, DBA: TK Smoke Shop, located at 5350 Whittier Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90022-4032.
