The property consists of 645 grams of cannabis flower, branded, unlicensed cannabis business; and 3,175 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., from Tobacco Cartel Inc., DBA: Tobacco Cartel Inc., located at 1400 Enterprise Blvd, Ste 30, West Sacramento, CA 95691-5041.
