The property consists of: 3,855 units of various flavor ban other tobacco products; 4,816 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products; 390 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 124 items of various cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business; 3 items of various edible cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 29 items of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on September 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., from Quality Experience DBA Tobacco One, 1220 E. Yorba Linda Blvd., Placentia, CA 92870-3832.
