This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22978.2, Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, April 2, 2026, at 12:54 p.m. from Hussein A. Alnajar, DBA: Tobacco Town located at 2222 S. Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93304-5246.
