This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and 22980.6 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on September 14, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. from Top Shelf Company LLC, DBA: Top Shelf Smoke Shops located at 720 N. Lake Ave, Ste 1, Pasadena, CA 91104-5804.
