The property consists of 9 packs of Montego brand flavor ban cigarettes, 975 units of various brands flavor ban tobacco products, and 735 units of various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. from Hafeez E. Hamama, DBA Top Smoke Shop, located at 4344 Redondo Beach Blvd., Torrance, CA 90504.
