This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 13, 2025, at 6:20 p.m. from TRGC LLC and Shawnee Beebe, DBA: Topspot Whittier, located at 15201 Leffingwell Rd., Whittier, CA 90604-2253.
