The property consists of 222 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 106 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation; 513 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 232 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 533 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 322 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,687 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 21, 2025, at 12:25 p.m. from Twisted Enterprises, Inc., DBA: Twisted, located at 3718 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95816-5519.
