The property consists of: 676 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 185 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine tobacco products; 11 units of untaxed nicotine tobacco products; 399 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 135 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 6 packs of various unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 22 packs of Newport brand out-of-state (Virginia) flavor ban cigarettes; 173 grams of cannabis leaves, unlicensed cannabis business; 18 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 49 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, February 19, 2026, at 1:48 p.m. from U Know Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: U Know Smoke Shop located at 618 Tuolumne St., Vallejo, CA 94590-5364.
