The property consists of: Seven grams of Rich CBD brand cannabis flower and 40 units of various brands of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on April 21, 2025, at 11:19 a.m. from Bansal Investment Inc., DBA Up N Smoke, located at 1778 Mitchell Rd., Ste. 205, Ceres, CA 95307.
