The property consists of 142 packs of unstamped, non-MSA and duty-free cigarettes; 497 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban and duty-free cigarettes; 20 packs of unstamped, other state stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 21 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 684 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 172 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 457 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers and 99 units of presumed cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, 30474 and 34016 on July 16, 2026, at 12:52 p.m. from Up N Smoke Tobacco Inc, DBA: Up N Smoke Tobacco Inc, located at 8105 Kern Canyon Rd., Ste. C, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
