TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 372 packs of various brands cigarettes that are non-MSA, untaxed, and flavor banned; 5,973 units of various brands untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 861 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers at a licensed tobacco business; and 47 units of various brands cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on April 15, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. from US Smoke Shop, DBA US Smoke Shop, located at 3942 Sepulveda Blvd., Torrance, CA 90505-2308.
