This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on September 11, 2024, at 1:08 p.m. from Vape In Smoke Inc DBA: Vape In Smoke Shop & Gifts, located at 2366 Pruneridge Ave., Santa Clara, CA 95050-6433.
