The property consists of 125 units of flavor ban tobacco products, 135 units of flavor ban nicotine vape, and 592 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on June 24, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. from Avtar Singh, DBA: Vape Zone Smoke Shop, located at 1574 N. Blackstone Ave. Ste. 109, Fresno, CA 93703-3629.
