TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of: 5 packs non-MSA brand cigarettes; 1 pack flavor ban non-MSA brand cigarettes; 105 packs flavor ban cigarettes; 97 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 612 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 933 units taxed flavor ban tobacco products; 594 taxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 2,390 units flavor enhancers; 392 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on February 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from Smoke Times LLC, DBA: Vapor Times, located at 15463 Fairfield Ranch Rd., Ste K, Chino Hills, CA 91709.
