The property consists of 536 units untaxed tobacco products, 347 units untaxed and flavored tobacco products, 215 units flavor enhancer products, and 498 grams and 4,001 units of various brands cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 8, 2025, at 3:50 p.m. from Jaime Moreno, DBA: Venice Kush, located at 1827 Ocean Front Walk, Venice, CA 90291-4116.
