The property consists of: 1 pack of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 30 packs of untaxed out-of-state stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 10 packs of untaxed US tax exempt flavor ban cigarettes; 244 units of flavor enhancer products; 149 units of untaxed tobacco products; 1,843 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,811 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on August 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM from SM Redlands INC, DBA: Vibe Smoke Shop located at 802 W Colton Ave, Ste H, Redlands, CA 92374.
