The property consists of: 2,150 cartons unstamped cigarettes; 3,470 unstamped and U.S. tax exempt cigarettes; 350 cartons unstamped and duty free cigarettes; 150 cartons unstamped, duty free, and U.S. tax exempt cigarettes; 700 cartons unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 1,640 cartons unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, and flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on March 27, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. from Victor Manuel Porras Gaeta DBA: Victor Manuel Porras Gaeta located at Interstate 5 North – Camp Pendleton, Cockleburr Rd., Oceanside, CA 92058.
