The property consists of five units of Camel Crush brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; One unit of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, out-of-state stamp (New York), non-MSA, flavor brand cigarettes; 3,313 units of other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 73 units of flavor enhancers various brands, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 169 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 1,618 units of various commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 30416, on September 2, 2025, at 9:34 a.m. from Murit Inc., DBA VIP Convenience Shop & More, located at 1585 Clayton Rd., Concord, CA 94520-6413.
