The property consists of 574 units of various untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 487 units of various flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,878 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on December 17, 2025, at 3:25 p.m. from Asker Mohsen DBA: VIP Smoke Shop, located at 2301 W Main St., Turlock, CA 95380-9431.
