This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on November 19, 2025, at 9:32 a.m. from Anishan Services, Inc., DBA VP Racing Fuel, located at 3705 Constellation Rd., Lompoc, CA 93436-1401.
