The property consists of seizure of 45 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on June 6, 2025 from Bikramjit S. Ghuman, DBA: Weaverville Smoke Shop located at 790 Main St., Ste 618, Weaverville, CA 96093-4140.
