The property consists of: 837 units of nicotine vape, various flavors, various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 970 units of other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 340 units of flavor enhancer products, various flavors, various brands, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 107 packs of Montego Menthol Gold 100's brand cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, and Business and Professions code 22974.3 on December 3, 2025, at 2:30 P.M. from Ava Karas Group Inc., DBA: West End Cigar, located at 459 Carmen Dr, Camarillo, CA 93010-6010.
