The property consists of 139 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 14 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; and 768 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. The property consists of 6 units of various THC Vape, 20 units of various edibles, 12 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 265 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 29, 2026, at 11:10 a.m., from Winchester Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: Winchester Smoke Shop, located at 947 S. Winchester Blvd., San Jose, CA 95128-2992.
