The property consists of four grams of unlicensed cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 107 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on October 19, 2025, at 6:40 p.m. from X Smoke Shop & Vape DBA: X Smoke Shop & Vape, located at 715 Plumas St., Yuba City, CA 95991-4438.
