The property consists of four packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state Virginia stamped/flavor ban cigarettes; 219 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; five units nicotine e-juice, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 24 units of various other tobacco flavor ban products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on March 23, 2026, at 10:25 a.m. from Yeti Market Inc, DBA: Yeti Market Inc, located at 1343 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Berkeley, CA 94709-1912.
