This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on December 23, 2025, at 2:38 p.m., from Zaza Gift Shop LLC, DBA Zaza Gift Shop, located at 7475 Bancroft Ave., Oakland, CA 94605-2706.
