Amendments to Regulation 1569, Consignees and Lienors of Tangible Personal Property for Sale
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration amended Regulation 1569, Consignees and Lienors of Tangible Personal Property for Sale to replace gender-specific pronouns with gender-neutral pronouns, in accordance with Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 260 (Stats. 2018, ch. 190).
