Regulation 1808, Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement Reporting and Publication

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) proposes to make permanent emergency Regulation 1808, Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement Reporting and Publication, with proposed amendments to subdivisions (a)(7), (b)(1), (c)(1)(A), and (e)(1)(B). The regulation clarifies the reporting and publication requirements imposed on local agencies and CDTFA, and the penalties that may be imposed on local agencies pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 7213.
