25117.9. "Non-RCRA hazardous waste." "Non-RCRA hazardous waste" means all hazardous waste regulated in the state, other than RCRA hazardous waste, as defined in Section 25120.2. A hazardous waste regulated in the state is presumed to be a RCRA hazardous waste, unless it is determined, pursuant to regulations adopted by the department, that the hazardous waste is a non-RCRA hazardous waste.
