The property consists of 147 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, 21 grams of Just Delta brand cannabis flower, 122 units of various brands of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 2,667 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol packaging. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 18, 2024, at 11:35 a.m. from Salah A. Almontser, DBA 559 Cigarettes, Snacks & More, located at 1219 Fresno St., Fresno, CA 93706.
