The property consists of six packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes, unstamped/Missouri stamped; 23 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped; 86 units of various brands of untaxed tobacco products; and 2,241 commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on September 11, 2024, at 10:35 a.m. from Mustafa T Murshed, DBA: 7 Star Gift Shop and Tobacco located at 4926 McBryde Ave., Richmond, CA 94805.
