The property consists of 25 packs and 20 sticks of unstamped Newport brand cigarettes; 7 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 13 units of commerical packaging, bags, and 2 units of commerical packaging, boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on April 20, 2024, at 11:50 a.m. from Ali Nasser, DBA A&M Smokeshop & T-Shirts, at 505 S. Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205-6244.
