The property consists of 126 units of various untaxed cannabis products and 16 units of various counterfeit tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30474.1 and 34016, and on May 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from Loay Salama Heles, dba: Anaheim Smoke and Vape Shop, located at 1674 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801.
