This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 11, 2024, at 9:58 p.m. from Abel Franco Ibarra et al., DBA Central Herbs, located at 7900 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90001-3318.
