The property consists of 69 packs non-MSA cigarettes and 57 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on January 22, 2024, at 11:40 a.m. from Khaled Mounif Elmoghrabi, DBA Cig Palm, located at 42106 Washington St., Ste. 1-D, Bermuda Dunes, CA 92203.
