This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34036 and 34016, on January 19, 2023, at 3:11 p.m. from Davinder Singh, DBA Cigarette Outlet 2, located at 1726 Robertson Blvd., Chowchilla, CA 93610.
