The property consists of 241 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products and two ounces of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on December 13, 2024, at 10:40 a.m. from Maher Abdoahmed Nagi, DBA: Cigarettes Outlet, located at 1800 Prescott Rd., Ste. R, Modesto, CA, 95350-2560.
