The property consists of 9 packs of New York Cut brand cigarettes Non-MSA; 10 packs of Shield brand cigarettes Non-MSA; 4 packs of L. Ducat brand cigarettes Non-MSA; 6 packs Wings brand cigarettes Non-MSA; 7 packs Wave brand cigarettes Non-MSA; 585 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 & 34016, on July 28, 2023, at 11:25 a.m. from C W Trading Inc., DBA Clairemont Smoke Shop, located at 8303 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Ste. 107, San Diego, CA 92111.
