This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Profession Code section 22974.3 on June 27, 2023, at 8:53 a.m. from Rafika Hussein, DBA Clovis Smoke Shop, located at 605 W. Shaw Ave., Ste. C, Clovis, CA 93612.
