The property consists of 66 units of various brands nicotine vape disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products, and 19 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on September 12, 2023, at 11:08 a.m. from Sami H. Hussein, DBA Cookyz Smoke Shop, located at 333 Lander Ave., Turlock, CA 95380-5323.
