The property consists of 388 cartons of non-MSA cigarettes, 143 packs of non- MSA cigarettes and 1,168 units of various cannabis or cannabis products sold at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and 34016, on November 8, 2023, at 3:17 p.m. from 8856 Western Inc., DBA DTLA Wholesale, located at 8852-8856 S. Western Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90047-3328.
