The property consists of 6 packs Puff Compatible Pods (5%, 4 each) counterfeit tobacco products and 204 units of various untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Sections 30474.1 and 34016, on June 30, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. from IDragon LLC, dba: Dragon Vapes, located at 459 S. Capitol Ave., Ste. 14, San Jose, CA 95122.
